INTRODUCTION |
The process toward plastic surgery never is trivial. Either regarding the face or the body, it refers to an intimate conflict between the image one wants to show and the true image reflected by the mirror or the relatives. The discrepancy is differently felt according to the person, going from mere dissatisfaction to a deeper malaise.
Absolute beauty cannot be given to everybody but anyone can be given his/her own beauty according to his/her potential and desire.
There are universal criteria of beauty but the patients mustn’t blend in with a standard.
