Mesolift
Cosmetic Surgery - Plastic Surgery - Aesthetic Medicine - Reconstructive Surgery
Mesolift is a mesotherapy technique (mesotherapy works through the
superficial injection of small amounts of active substances) involving
the plumping of the skin to make it lose its crumpled appearance
(treatment of wrinkles and fine lines) by injecting a variable mixture
of nutrients according to the patient to be treated. The mixture
injected in a "classic" Mesolift is a cocktail of vitamins, minerals,
vasodilators and calcitonin. There is also a Mesolift "fill", which is
carried out solely with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid.
In a Mesolift the product is injected superficially along the wrinkles
using a fine needle and cross-hatching over the entire surface of the
face. This kind of treatment needs to be repeated every month (for 4 to
5 months) and is often associated with a mask with vitamin A or a
multivitamin thermoactive meso-mask. A Mesolift session lasts about
twenty minutes. Maintenance sessions every six months are expected to
maintain the tightening effect on the skin wrinkles and then the
mitigation of fine lines.
The Mesolift is a technique that can be used for thin, dry or dull skin.
Mesolift techniques are part of Mesotherapy in aesthetic treatments.
Mesolift techniques are not reimbursed by Social Security.
